// We build the growth systems marketing agencies can’t

Stop Losing Jobs to the Business That Answered First

The leads are already out there looking for you. You lose them in the gaps: the search that never found you, the call that rang out while you were on a job, the quote you meant to chase. We close those gaps, and you watch it work on your own number before you pay.

Free 30-minute audit · no pitch, no obligation · the findings are yours to keep

// Where the jobs go

You Are Not Losing Jobs Because You Are Bad at the Work

You are losing them in the gaps around the work: before they find you, while they are deciding, and in the hours when you are holding a tool instead of a phone.

They searched, and you were not there

Somebody two streets over typed in exactly what you do. Three companies came up. You were not one of them. Nobody chose against you, because nobody was given the option.

They found you, and hesitated

Nobody calls a stranger into their home without checking first. Your site took four seconds to show anything. Your last post was August. Nothing wrong with any of it, and nothing that says busy, current, safe.

They wanted you, and could not reach you

You were under a sink. It rang and rang. You heard the voicemail at seven and called back at 7:30. They had already booked the one who answered at 2:10.

None of this is a marketing problem. You cannot advertise your way out of a phone nobody answers. We start with the third one, because it is the fastest to fix. Then we go back for the other two.

// What the gap costs

One Lost Job a Week. Here Is the Bill.

No industry averages, no borrowed statistics. Just your own arithmetic. Fifty-two weeks in a year, one job lost in each, multiplied by what a single job is worth to you.

52 weeks × one lost job one job worth lost in a year 300 15,600 800 41,600 1,500 78,000 5,000 260,000
Your own arithmetic, not a result we have measured. Fifty-two weeks times what one job is worth to you, in whatever currency you invoice in. It is not a claim that you lose one every week.

That is the whole case for doing something about it. Not a sale ending on Friday, just a number that keeps running while nothing changes.

Now count last week

Honestly. How many never found you, picked somebody else, or called while your hands were full? If it was more than one, read the next bar down.

Then argue it down

You would not have won every one, so halve it. Halve it again if you are feeling harsh. It is still the biggest number on this page, and it comes back every year.

// What we build

Found, Chosen, Then Running

Most agencies sell traffic and stop there. There is no point pouring more of it into a bucket with a hole in it, so we plug the hole first, then turn the volume up.

01. Get found

SEO

Ranking is downstream of a site that loads fast and reads clearly. We fix the technical layer first, then build the content and local signals on top.

02. Get chosen

Social Media Marketing & Management

Most customers check your social before they call. We plan, post, and reply for you, so your feed looks active at the moment someone is deciding whether to book.

03. Keep running

Custom Software

When the spreadsheet stops keeping up and the workarounds cost hours every week, off-the-shelf has run out. We build the system that replaces it: orders, scheduling, routing, invoicing, reporting.

// What changes

What Your Week Looks Like Afterwards

Not features. The actual difference you notice, usually inside the first two weeks.

Nobody hears nothing back

A missed call gets a text straight away, not a blank voicemail.

Your site opens before they give up

Fast on old phones on bad signal. Google rewards the same work.

Quotes chase themselves

A nudge goes out on your behalf, and some of the quiet ones come back.

You stop being the system

Scheduling and invoicing leave your head. Take a Friday off.

You look busy and trusted

A current feed and real reviews, at the moment someone is deciding.

You can see what is working

Numbers attached to money, not impressions.

// Why us

We Start Where Marketing Agencies Stop

That boundary, where the code starts, is exactly where local businesses lose money, because the expensive problems all live on the other side of it. We are engineers, so it is the side we work on.

Where a Marketing Agency Stops

Plenty of agencies are good at their half of this, and this is not a claim about all of them. Every row below is something you can check today by asking whoever you use now.

The question to askTypical agency answerOurs
Who writes the code when the fix is in the code?A developer they subcontract, eventuallyThe same people who took the brief
What happens to a call I miss at 2pm?Outside the scope of the campaignAnswered automatically within seconds
Can I see it working before I pay?Here are our case studiesA recording of your own system firing
Who owns the accounts and the data?Held in the agency’s accountYours, in your name, from day one
What does the monthly report show?Impressions, reach, followersCalls, bookings, quotes sent and won

If whoever you use now answers those well, keep them. Genuinely. If the middle column sounded familiar, that is the gap costing you the number further up this page.

Check Us Before You Pay a Penny

A stranger’s quote on our own website would give you no way to check it. Here is what you can check for yourself, before you have spent anything.

You watch your own system fire

Before anything goes live we record it working on your account, with your number. Not a demo on a fictional plumber. If it does not do what we said, you have not paid.

The audit is yours either way

A written list of what is leaking and what it is worth, free, with no obligation. Take it to a cheaper provider and have them do the work. That is a fair outcome.

The finish line is a document

Scope agreed in writing before a line is written, so done means what we both signed rather than what either of us remembers in six weeks.

We will talk you out of it

If the audit says your problem is something we are not good at, we say so on the call. That costs us a month of revenue and saves you a wasted quarter.

// Who we build for

If People Have to Find You and Choose You, This Works

Local businesses win or lose on three things: getting found, getting chosen, then answering fast enough to keep the job.

Home services

HVAC, plumbing, roofing, cleaning. Won on answering first.

Trades and contractors

Bigger tickets, longer decisions, more follow-up.

Clinics and med spas

Wellness, mobile IV, specialty clinics. Trust decides the booking.

Operations-heavy SMEs

Distributors, route delivery, professional services. When the spreadsheet has run out.

// How it works

Three Steps From Zero to Running

1

Free audit, 30 minutes

We go through your site, your call flow, and your follow-up. You get a plain list of what is leaking and what it is worth, and you keep it either way.

2

We build it

Scope agreed in writing, then we build. That includes the carrier registration that decides whether your texts arrive or get filtered out silently.

3

You watch it fire, then approve

Before you pay, we send a screen recording of the system working end to end on your account. If it does not do what we said, it is not done.

// What runs on its own

Then It Works Without You

The path every new lead takes on its own, while your hands are full.

// FAQ

Common Questions

What do you actually do?

Three things for local businesses: social media marketing and management, SEO, and custom software. Some clients take one, most grow into the set. It all points at one outcome, which is getting you found, getting you booked, and keeping you growing.

How fast can you get something live?

We keep a first automation build small on purpose, so we can put a date in writing before you agree to anything rather than letting it drift. Slower work like SEO shows over months rather than days, and a custom software build gets its timeline from the scoping call and the written spec instead of from a page like this one. We tell you plainly which is which up front so nothing feels like a surprise later.

What does it cost?

It depends on scope, so we quote after a free audit rather than guessing in public. Social and SEO are usually monthly. Software is quoted after a scoping call. Either way you get a real number in writing before anything starts.

I have been burned by an agency before.

Most people we speak to have been. Usually it was months of retainer, a dashboard full of impressions, and no more phone calls than before. That is why we record the system working on your own account before you pay, keep the scope in writing, and put everything in your name.

Am I tied into a long contract?

No. There is no lock-in period, and we do not hold your accounts, domain, or number hostage to keep you. If the work stops earning its keep, you should be able to walk without a conversation about notice periods.

What if I already have a website I like?

Then we keep it. Plenty of the work is behind the site rather than on it, and a rebuild is only worth suggesting when the current one is genuinely costing you jobs. If it is fast and it converts, we will tell you to leave it alone and spend the money elsewhere.

What if it does not work?

You see it working before you pay, so the first risk is covered. After that, if a piece is not earning, we would rather change it or switch it off than keep invoicing for it. We will not promise a number of leads or a ranking position, because nobody controls those.

Why are there no reviews on your site?

Because we have not earned ones we can point you at yet, and writing them ourselves would be both easy and worthless to you. When there are real results they will come with a name and a number you can ring. Until then we would rather leave the space empty and let the free audit speak.
