Terms of Use
These cover using this website and sending the audit form. Actual work is governed by the written scope we agree per project, which always takes precedence over anything on this site. Plain language throughout, because terms you cannot read are terms you cannot trust.
What this site is
This site describes GrowthRefactor’s services and lets you request a free audit. It is operated by GrowthRefactor; you can reach us at info@growthrefactor.com. Using the site or sending the form means you accept these terms.
What the free audit is, and is not
The audit is a genuine look at your site, your call flow, and your follow-up, delivered as a written list you keep whether or not you hire us. It is not a contract, it costs nothing, and requesting it obligates you to nothing. It also is not tailored professional advice for decisions beyond its scope; it is our honest assessment of what we found.
No guarantees, stated plainly
Nothing on this site promises a search ranking, a number of leads, or an amount of revenue, and these terms repeat that on purpose: nobody controls those outcomes, and we do not guarantee them. What we commit to for a given project lives in that project’s written scope, and only there.
Engagements and ownership
Any actual engagement is governed by a written scope agreed before work starts. Where these terms and a written scope differ, the scope wins. As stated across this site: accounts, domains, phone numbers, and data connected to your business belong to you, in your name, from day one. Leaving is a decision, not a negotiation.
Using the form
Send it about your own business, once per genuine request. Automated, bulk, or abusive submissions are filtered and discarded. What happens to submitted data is covered by the privacy policy, which is short and worth the two minutes.
Cookies and your choice
The site sets two of its own cookies, both described in the privacy policy: one remembers your answer to the cookie notice, the other shows the thank-you message after you send the form. Everything beyond those is optional, switched off until you allow it, and changeable at any time from the Cookie settings link in the footer.
Refusing the optional categories does not restrict your use of this site: nothing here is paywalled behind consent, and no feature is withheld. If you block cookies in your browser instead, the site still works, but the notice will ask again on each visit because the answer has nowhere to live.
Content on this site
Guides and page content are provided as general information, as-is. We keep them accurate and honest, and we correct them when they are wrong, but acting on general content is your call. The site’s text, design, and graphics are ours; do not republish them as your own.
Liability, in plain words
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from using this website or relying on its general content. This does not limit anything that cannot lawfully be limited, and it does not touch the responsibilities we take on in a written scope, which are stated there.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, where the studio operates. A written project scope may name a different governing law for that engagement; if it does, that choice applies to the engagement.
Changes
If these terms change, the new version is posted here and the date at the top moves. Continued use of the site after that means the current version applies.
