Tell Us Where It Is Leaking
One message is enough to start. We reply within one business day to set up a 30-minute call, and you leave that call with a written list of the things we would fix first. You keep it whether or not you ever hire us. On a custom build the same call is the scoping call, it is free too, and you leave it knowing whether this is a build, a much smaller integration, or something you should buy off the shelf.

Ask for the Free Audit or Scoping Call
The more specific you are about what is going wrong, the more useful the reply will be. A sentence about the part that annoys you most is worth more than a tidy summary.
What happens next
- A person reads it. Not a sequence, not a bot.
- Within one business day we reply to set up a 30-minute call.
- On the call we go through your site, your call flow, and your follow-up, and you leave with the written list.
- Asking about a custom build? The same call is the scoping call, and it is free. You leave it knowing whether it is a build, a much smaller integration, or something you should buy off the shelf.
- If it does not, we say so and point you somewhere better.
Useful to include
Your website, what you sell, roughly how leads reach you today, and the part of that journey you would fix first if you could only pick one.
Asking about a custom build instead? Tell us which tools the work currently sits between, who is doing the retyping, and whether you can export your own data today. That is most of a first scoping call.
Rather just email?
Write to info@growthrefactor.com. It reaches the same place as the form. We work remotely across the US, so there is no office visit to arrange.

The Questions People Ask First
What does it cost?
We quote after the audit, once we know what actually needs building. We do not publish packages because the same headline service can be a small job for one business and a large one for another, and pricing it in advance would mean overcharging half of you. The audit itself costs nothing.
On a custom software build the sequence is different: the scoping call is free, discovery after it is paid and leaves you a written specification you own, and the fixed quote follows that spec.
Is the audit really free, or is it a sales call?
It is free and you keep the findings. We go through your site, your call flow, and your follow-up, and you get a written list of what is leaking. Plenty of people take that list and fix it themselves. That is a fine outcome.
Do I need to be technical?
No. You should not have to learn a platform to benefit from it. We build the system, we keep the hosted automation running, and you carry on doing the work you are good at. If using something we built requires training, we built the wrong thing. On a custom build the system runs on your own hosting and you own it outright, so support there is something you choose rather than something you depend on.
What if we are not a good fit?
We will tell you on the call rather than after the invoice. If your problem is not one we are good at, saying so costs us a month of revenue and saves you a wasted quarter. That trade is worth it.
Will I end up on a mailing list?
No. Your message gets a reply from a person. There is no drip sequence and no newsletter waiting behind the form.
How quickly can you start?
Usually the same week as the audit. We keep a first automation build small on purpose, so the scope is small enough to finish rather than large enough to impress, and you get a date in writing at kickoff rather than a guess before it. A custom software build works differently: the timeline comes out of the scoping call and the written spec, because a duration promised before anyone has looked at your process is not a commitment, it is a sales line.
